Connect with our doctors through a call or video chat

For your convenience, we provide a virtual walk-in clinic service where Disera Medical Centre's patients are placed in a queue in chronological order. The doctor may message you if there is a bit of wait and advise you about the waiting time.

How does it work? It's simple:
1. Select a doctor
2. In the opened window, enter your name (or name of the person who the appointment is for). You will also need your OHIP number.
3. When your doctor is available, he will start a conference call with you. Make sure you allow access to your microphone (and camera, if you choose so).
